Recyclable Items

Any and all recyclable items need to be placed outside individual units for Wednesday pickup. Alternatively, residents may bring recyclables to the Town’s Holly Hill Resource Recovery Facility.  Please help keep Silo Hill visually attractive and wait until dark the night before to put out your recyclables and bring your bins inside as soon after pick up as possible.

OUTDOOR WATER

Spigots must be turned on for the summer season.

BASEMENT VENTS

  • Per the Greenwich Building Department, all basement vents should be kept closed during the winter months to keep the cold air out of your basements.

  • These vents should be kept open during the spring, summer and fall to prevent moisture/ condensate build up in your basements. A build up of moisture could cause damage to your wood beams, framing, etc. 

  • There is one vent per unit and it can be found on the front side of your unit. They can be easily closed and opened from the outside of your unit.
